Jennifer first visited the Outer Banks in 1972 and worked summers until 1982 when she moved here full time.
She worked in the family real estate company for several years doing everything from cleaning homes, taking reservations, writing rental brochure descriptions when the beach moved at a slower pace.
Then as a property manager for 20 years in Duck and Corolla she oversaw hundreds of homes, homeowners and their guests during a surge of construction and expansion unprecedented on the Outer Banks.
After several years in real estate sales, she now lives in Florida and spends time in Bertie and Dare counties as well.
Currently owning residential and commercial properties with her husband keeps them involved in the Outer Banks real estate market.
